Daybaker is a modern Australian bakery centred around craft, produce and genuine hospitality.
Working directly with local farmers and producers from our Abbotsford bakery, we create with intention - letting the quality, simplicity and character speak for themselves. Our ever-changing, seasonal menu flows from morning pastry to simple, thoughtful lunches.
Daybaker is a space to slow down, come together and feel part of the neighbourhood - our expression of modern baking and community.

We’re open 7 days. Weekdays from 7:30am to 2pm, and weekends from 8am to 3pm

Freshly baked pastries are available from 7:30am, and our lunch offerings are ready to enjoy from 11am

We don’t have a fixed menu as our pastry and lunch offerings change weekly. We’re guided by what’s in season, while also rotating in customer favourites and introducing new items to keep things fresh and interesting.

We’re not currently taking pre-orders but we will in the near future. Keep an eye out on our socials for updates.

Unfortunately not, but there’s plenty of space to settle in! We’ve got a mix of indoor seating, standing bars, and plenty of outdoor spots - all available on a first come, first served basis.

Due to the nature of our offering we use a lot of dairy and wheat. We may have gluten free items on the menu at some points but we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for customers with gluten allergies. If you have questions about ingredients and allergens, be sure to ask our staff.
