    Co-founders Xavier Prime and Kimberley Burridge produce pasture-raised eggs at their farm in Cororooke, South-West Victoria. With small flocks (94 hens per hectare) and plenty of fresh pasture, Chooks At The Rooke are rethinking what good egg farming looks like.

    Tuerong Farm grows, mills and bakes heritage, ancient and modern grains at the heart of the Mornington Peninsula.

    Planet Cocoa - Melbourne, VIC

    Founded by Jeanette Macko, Planet Cocoa is a bean to bar chocolate maker. Raw, ethical cocoa from neighbouring Pacific Islands are transformed over several days into dark, oat milk and white chocolate varieties.

    Days Walk Farm - Keilor, VIC

    A certified organic farm in the Keilor Valley, just 25km from our bakery. Paul and his team supply us with a beautiful range of seasonal fruit and vegetables all year round.

    Roasting ethically sourced beans in small batches at their Coburg roastery, they’re all about crafting an exceptional cup of coffee.

    Saltkitchen - Ballarat, VIC

    Based in Ballarat, Mick crafts a range of handmade charcuterie, using free-range pigs sourced from Western Plains Pork in Mount Mercer

  • We’re open daily from 7:30am to 2pm.

  • Freshly baked pastries are available from 7:30am, and our lunch offerings are ready to enjoy from 11am

  • We don’t have a fixed menu as our pastry and lunch offerings change weekly. We’re guided by what’s in season, while also rotating in customer favourites and introducing new items to keep things fresh and interesting.

  • We’re not currently taking pre-orders but we will in the near future. Keep an eye out on our socials for updates. 


  • Unfortunately not, but there’s plenty of space to settle in! We’ve got a mix of indoor seating, standing bars, and plenty of outdoor spots - all available on a first come, first served basis.

  • Due to the nature of our offering we use a lot of dairy and wheat. We may have gluten free items on the menu at some points but we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for customers with gluten allergies. If you have questions about ingredients and allergens, be sure to ask our staff.
